Only what you type in the form: name, email and your project description. We use it exclusively to reply to your request and discuss your project (legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Your message is delivered to us by email (via Resend, EU processing) and stored in our contact management system hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Up to 24 months from our last contact, then deleted, unless a business relationship begins.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to information@iod21.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
This site uses only technical cookies and, if enabled, Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization for anonymous traffic statistics.
